BupeAi is a personal finance and expense tracking application designed to help users:

• Track expenses and income
• Manage budgets
• Organize financial records
• Monitor spending habits
• Analyze financial activities through reports and insights

BupeAi is intended solely for personal financial management purposes and does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use the App.

By using BupeAi, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3 User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account using supported authentication providers such as Apple Sign In or Google Sign In.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4 Subscription and Billing

BupeAi may offer premium subscription plans (“BupeAi Pro”).

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscription fees are charged in advance
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Pricing may vary by region

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

Refunds

• For purchases made through Apple App Store, refunds are handled according to Apple’s refund policies
• For purchases made through Google Play, refunds are handled according to Google’s refund policies
• We do not directly process subscription refunds

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the operation of the App
• Use the App for fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Upload malicious software or harmful code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6 User Data

• You retain ownership of the financial information and content you enter into BupeAi
• By using the App, you grant us permission to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service
• We do not claim ownership of your personal financial records

7 Account Deletion

• Availability of the Service
• Continuous operation without interruptions
• Suitability for specific financial decisions

Users are solely responsible for verifying their financial information and decisions.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BupeAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Vietnam.
